We are seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a Debt Recovery Specialist, you will play a key role in handling outbound phone calls and negotiating payment with customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to achieve collection targets set by the organization. You will also be responsible for following up on arrears, responding to customer enquiries, and monitoring collection status.

We are looking for someone who is organized, efficient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a strong background in debt recovery and excellent communication skills, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound phone calls to negotiate payment with customers.
  • Achieve collection targets set by the organization.
  • Follow up on arrears and respond to customer enquiries.
  • Monitor collection status and process.
