Debt Recovery Specialist

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to manage a portfolio of accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding debts. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving service issues, implementing effective collection strategies, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
To achieve this goal, the ideal candidate will:
- Collect outstanding debts within assigned account base in accordance with current procedures
- Manage telephonic relations with customers to resolve service issues efficiently and professionally
- Monitor and reduce customer credit risk by approving and managing credit limits and payment terms
- E nsure compliance with group rules and procedures
- Assess and release blocked customer orders
- Generate and send dunning reports to customers
- Post and allocate incoming payments into SAP
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting or equivalent. Additionally, they should have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and effective communication skills in oral and written English. At least one year of working experience in the related field is required.
