Programme Manager Position

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to join our team as an Academic Programme Manager. The role involves managing PhD student candidature milestones, exam matters, course registration, and creating new courses as needed.

  • Administrating PhD student progress tracking and ensuring timely completion.
  • Managing examination processes and course registration for PhD students.
  • Assisting with the PhD Academic Committee application process and coordinating interviews.
  • Providing secretarial support and handling administrative tasks related to PhD students.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum degree holder with at least 5 years' experience in academic administration.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Experience in handling student programs.
    • Meticulous approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Drive and independence in working.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, be proactive, and able to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a high level of drive and be able to motivate themselves to achieve goals.
