Programme Coordinator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Programme Administrator to oversee the delivery of our academic programmes at a prestigious institution.

This dynamic role involves working closely with Academic Directors and Senior Assistant Directors, Operations to implement academic, administrative, and operational processes for the programmes. You will also design professional events that form an integral part of the programme experience for participants.

Scope of Work:

  • Collaborate with Academic Directors and course instructors on curriculum design, review, and timetabling.
  • Manage course registration, examination, and related matters.
  • Provide support for course instructors to ensure smooth lesson delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and collect data required for surveys and reports.
  • Maintain student records and databases accurately.
  • Procure course materials.

Overseas Study Segments:

  • Propose the structure of overseas study segments.
  • Manage logistics and procurement matters of the overseas segments.

Student Support and Candidature Management:

  • Plan, organise, and oversee various social and/or professional events for students.
  • Handle student enquiries (e.g. pertaining to leave of absence, withdrawals, deferment or extension of candidature) in a timely and effective manner.
  • Monitor graduating status and schedule-related activities.

Requirements:

  • A degree holder, preferably with 8 years of work experience.
  • Good understanding of Chinese culture and China's business environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Meticulous with good team player skills.
  • Quality and customer-service oriented.
  • Good interpersonal communication and organisational skills.
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese to handle communications.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
