Key Role: Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Leader to drive the integration of innovative digital technologies into our business operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in improving and sustaining our Digital Transformation roadmap.

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity in our business operations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and expand digital solutions
  • Designing and developing scalable data architecture that supports business requirements
  • Ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility across all systems
  • Benchmarking best practices in system architecture and implementation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying digital solutions using SQL, SSIS, and Power Platform tools
  • Hands-on experience in managing SQL databases and cloud resources
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to lead projects effectively
  • Good understanding of project management and experience in leading digital transformation projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and successfully implementing digital transformation projects
  • Certification of proficiency in SQL Database Management and Microsoft Power Platform
