We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. This role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building relationships with customers, partners, and dealers.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and dealers
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to promote products and services
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Identify opportunities for growth and development

Requirements
• Minimum GCE N level, ITE, Diploma, or SPM qualification
• Fresh graduates or those without relevant experience are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing tools
