  • Maintain the responsibilities and workflow of a raw food trimmer, ensuring efficient preparation of ingredients for daily operations.
  • Cut and wash vegetables using proper methods, adhering to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Handle cooked food in accordance with our SOPs, preparing food with various fillings and ingredients.
  • Support appetizer and sauce preparation, arrange staff meals and supper portions, and assist the raw food trimmer in daily duties.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of tools and work areas, complying with all 5S and HACCP food safety requirements.

What You'll Do:

  • Raw Food Trimmer Responsibilities: Master the trimming process, utilizing precise cutting techniques.
  • Vegetable Preparation: Cut and wash vegetables according to established guidelines.
  • Cooked Food Handling: Handle cooked food in accordance with our SOPs, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Appetizer and Sauce Preparation: Support appetizer and sauce preparation, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
  • Staff Meals and Supper Portions: Arrange staff meals and supper portions, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Experience: Possess at least 2 years of experience in Chinese cuisine, with a focus on raw food trimming and vegetable preparation.
