Job Title: Senior Global Knowledge Enablement Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Global Knowledge Enablement Professional to lead our knowledge enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global business services and centralization strategies, with the ability to design and execute innovative approaches to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global knowledge enablement strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Create comprehensive knowledge enablement plans that cater to different learning styles.
  • Conduct regular needs assessments to determine the needs of different departments and regions.
  • Design programs aimed at developing leadership skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Implement workshops focused on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
  • Lead and mentor a team of knowledge enablement professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in knowledge enablement within a large global organization.
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience in executing innovative approaches.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to comfortably engage with remote teams and internal customers.
  • Demonstrate a global, multicultural, and cross-functional mindset.
  • Advanced knowledge of various knowledge base and case management tools, as well as Microsoft Office products and SharePoint.
