Marketing is about reaching the right people with the right message at the right time. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for researching potential audiences, mapping customer journeys and optimizing user experience touchpoints.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of marketing experience, strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO and digital trends. They should also possess excellent English writing and communication skills, and be enthusiastic to work in a conscious team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research potential audiences and strategize how to reach them
  • Map and optimize customer journeys and UI/UX touchpoints
  • Plan and build marketing funnels, including content, lead magnets, social media and email templates
  • Write compelling email campaigns and manage marketing calendars
  • Assist with content creation across various platforms
  • Analyze marketing performance, identifying why strategies work or don't, and improving them
  • Set up and refine social media ads
