About the Role
As a key member of the Airside Concessions Planning & Leasing team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the competitiveness of Changi Airport retail, F&B and services businesses.
The team's primary objective is to create a leading duty-free shopping destination acclaimed for innovation and exceptional shopping experience.
This involves continuously improving and enhancing the retail mix in our Transit Malls, marketing all available outlets, and executing terminal development and enhancement projects.
In this exciting and challenging role, you will manage the planning & leasing for a portfolio of airside concession categories.
You will lead or be involved in projects such as asset enhancement and business analysis.
This position exposes you to a wide spectrum of the airside concession business, honing your business, negotiation, logical and analytical skills.
You will report to a Senior Manager and manage a portfolio of airside concessions.
Responsibilities- Developing Leasing Strategies: Create and implement leasing strategies and plans to drive business growth.
- Marketing Concession Spaces: Effectively market concession spaces to attract top-tier tenants and prospects.
- Cultivating Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, prospects, and stakeholders.
- Executing Leasing Exercises: Execute leasing exercises, negotiate lease terms, and ensure smooth transactions.
- Analysing Proposals: Analyse and evaluate proposals from tenants and prospects to make informed decisions.
- Making Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to seek approvals from Management.
- Degree: Good degree from reputable universities, preferably in Accountancy, Business, Economics, or Finance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling techniques.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Personality Traits: Keen eye for detail, driven, resourceful, analytical, and assertive.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
- Passion: Passion for and interest in retail and F&B.
- Experience: Candidates with leadership experience and/or leasing experience are preferred.
This is a mid-senior level, full-time position in the airlines and aviation industry.
