Role Overview

This Senior Business Operations Coordinator position plays a key role in supporting the business development strategy across the Greater China region.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase programme revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and university partners.
  • Provide market intelligence and detailed profiles to support business development initiatives.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.
  • Facilitate effective client communications, including preparing materials and summarizing action points.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and reports tailored to client needs.
Operational and Financial Coordination:
  • Monitor programme-related revenues and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Support invoicing and payment processing, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
  • Prepare financial updates for senior management.
Programme Design and Implementation Support:
  • Collaborate with faculty and operations teams to deliver high-quality programmes.
  • Meet client-specific needs through effective collaboration with colleagues and staff.
Internal Collaboration and Team Support:
  • Develop reports, presentations, and strategy recommendations with the reporting officer.
  • Foster open communication between business development, marketing, and operational teams.
  • Lead small-scale business development initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably within executive education, training, or corporate consulting.
  • Fluent Mandarin language skills to effectively communicate with Chinese clients.
  • Proven relationship management skills and ability to develop client-focused solutions.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience working with corporate clients in China.
  • A solid understanding of the Chinese business landscape and executive education market.
