Deburring Technician
Job Description:Our organization is seeking a skilled deburring technician to join our team. As a deburring technician, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient removal of burrs and excess material from various components and parts. You will work in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring high-quality results while maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities:- Apply 5S techniques (sort, straighten, shine, standardize, sustain) in assembly and housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Observe all safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements applicable to electrical tooling and chemicals.
- Follow company rules and regulations to ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.
- Support and contribute to product, process, and production improvements by identifying areas for optimization.
- Nitec certification in any discipline or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in deburring operations.
- Relevant experience in precision engineering is an added advantage.
- Able to read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Required knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOMs).
- Team player with multitasking abilities.
