Deburring Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Deburring Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with precision engineering and deburring techniques.

Job Summary:

The Deburring Technician will be responsible for removing burrs from parts using the correct tools and techniques. The successful candidate will have experience in precision engineering and deburring operations, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply 5S techniques to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ensure all safety regulations are followed, including personal protective equipment and safe handling of electrical tooling and chemicals.
  • Follow all company rules and regulations.
  • Contribute to product, process, and production improvements.
  • Meet and maintain quality and performance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Nitec in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in deburring operations.
  • Relevant experience in precision engineering is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
  • Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOMs).
  • Team player with excellent multitasking skills.
