Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary: To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will provide expert support in managing Remittance related IT projects, resolving user/system issues, and facilitating system function and workflow design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a team as a subject matter expert in remittance project management, including resolving user/system issues and managing vendors and resources.
  • Collaborate with end-users, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate system function and workflow design that meets business requirements.
  • Assist in preparing system manuals and providing training to users.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of back-office experience in remittance operations is required.
  • Prior experience in implementing package systems (e.g. Finastra) is an advantage.
  • Experience in handling full remittance operation processes, including inward and outward remittance, drawback remittance, domestic RTGS, giro, foreign exchange, etc.
  • A bachelor's degree preferably majoring in science or IT is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are required.
