
Senior Loyalty Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our loyalty program, driving customer acquisition and retention at the mall(s).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, designing marketing campaigns, securing partnerships, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Manage the full-scale rewards program, overseeing membership acquisition, cross-partnerships, integrated membership marketing, data analysis, and budget management.
- Develop acquisition and retention strategies, as well as member engagement programs, to provide members with a thoughtful and seamless experience.
- Design and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns that span functions such as brand management, partnerships, and integrated marketing.
- Secure and manage affiliate partnerships and sponsorships to leverage analytic insights of the database.
- Manage and monitor 360 feedback from members and stakeholders alike.
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to execute efforts and maximize effectiveness.
- Build statistical models and derive insights from structured data to translate into best practices.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent, with a minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing full-scale loyalty programs and small teams.
- A track record of securing and managing an affiliate partnership network.
- Detailed knowledge of integrated marketing disciplines.
- Articulated and strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across different levels.
- A getting-things-done drive and can-do attitude.
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to leverage knowledge potential across teams and develop synergies.
