About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Advanced Biofuels Business Development Manager at KOS SG PTE. LTD. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and maximize profitability in the biofuels industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability in the assigned portfolio.
- Manage the sales process from proposal to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in response to energy transition requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and traders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth cargo trade and delivery operations.
- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of business development experience in the oil & gas, energy trading, or biofuels industry.
- High level of awareness of compliance and internal control.
- Basic risk analysis and management, hedging, economic evaluation, financial, credit, and accounting knowledge in energy trading business.
- Proactive, aggressive, and can-do mindset, with an entrepreneurial attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Putonghua spoken languages.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Knowledge in biofuels business and sustainability frameworks a plus.
