We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented export administration professional to join our team. As an Export Administration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of export orders by preparing and managing export-related documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage export-related documents (shipping docs, invoices, packing lists, PEB, and other required paperwork).">
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Logistics, QA, Finance) to ensure smooth processing of export orders.">
  • Liaise with external parties (freight forwarders, shipping agents, insurance providers, customs authorities, and other relevant government bodies).">
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with export regulations and company standards.">
  • Maintain proper filing and records for audit and reporting purposes.">
  • Provide administrative support and help resolve any issues during the shipping process.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.">
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.">
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple stakeholders.">
