Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to play a crucial role in our organization's integrity and regulatory compliance program.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Audit and Investigation Reports: Prepare detailed reports highlighting areas of non-compliance and associated risks. Develop effective recommendations for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Compliance Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using designated checklists and databases. Ensure compliance with company policies and workflows.
  • Clients Communication: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and information. Communicate proactively via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including preparing documents for submission to relevant authorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant work experience are required.
