Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team at ITE College Central. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient provision of services that support the objectives of the Principal's Office to achieve ITE Organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work independently in an Executive Support area to ensure the effective delivery of services.
  • Provide secretariat and administrative support to the Principal's Office.
  • Process payments, PO payments, and submission of invoices for Direct Payment to Finance.
  • Execute work assigned in a particular work area through understanding of policies, work processes, and use of systems.
  • Prepare reports that will enable decision-making by management.
  • Provide information that will enable management to make operational and strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders (internal/external) in the organisation of activities/events.
  • Provide solutions to enquires in the particular work area for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate overseas travel bookings and transport/medical claims for management.
Requirements
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate understanding of ITE's policies and processes.
  • Demonstrate ability to use relevant tools for efficient delivery of work.
