Job Description

The German European School Singapore is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the student recruitment strategy and shape the future of its growth story. This exceptional opportunity allows you to drive brand awareness, develop integrated marketing strategies, and contribute to the success of the school's strategic plan.

As the strategic lead for brand positioning, student recruitment, and new family experience, you will play a central role in positioning the school as a leading international education provider in Asia. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing, business development, and admissions strategies to build brand awareness, drive high-quality leads, and ensure full, healthy grades through a strong pipeline of right-fit applicants.

The Director of Student Recruitment is a leadership position with direct oversight of a multidisciplinary team across marketing, admissions, and communications, as well as accountability for CRM management, campaign performance, compliance, budget effectiveness, and delivering a seamless, customer-first experience for every prospective family.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the parent experience journey
  • Design and refine every touchpoint, from digital awareness campaigns to personalized campus visits, ensuring seamless progression, exceptional service, and accurate information
  • Drive brand awareness & student recruitment strategies
  • Innovate marketing campaigns & collateral
  • Crm & student recruitment pipeline leadership
  • Deliver a best-in-class family experience
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 10+ years in senior sales, marketing, or admissions leadership roles with a successful track record of delivering growth
  • Expertise in performance marketing channels, CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), and data-driven decision making
  • Confident communication and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on execution on the admissions cycle - campus tours, family/student engagement, open houses
  • Energetic, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with a genuine empathy for families navigating the school-choice process
  • Demonstrable experience in a leadership role within the education sector is essential, preferably in a reputable International School
  • Proficiency in German is desirable but not required
