Our ideal candidate will oversee the entire cycle of the candidate management process as a Recruitment Specialist. This includes headhunting talents with domain knowledge and technical skills, conducting interviews, and guiding them through the interviewing process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the candidate journey from initial contact to placement. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition strategies.

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented individual who is passionate about people and has a strong ability to build relationships. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure and respond proactively to targets.

The Recruitment Specialist will also perform other tasks such as:

  • Coordinating logistics for interviews and assessments
  • Managing candidate databases and tracking systems
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
