Job Role: Talent Attraction Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Attraction Specialist to lead our HR recruitment efforts.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business units to understand their hiring requirements and develop innovative strategies to source and hire qualified candidates. They will craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that effectively communicate the organization's culture, values, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting job descriptions and advertisements that showcase the organization's unique culture and opportunities.
  • Utilizing various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Partnering with strategic alliances and partners such as educational institutions and government agencies.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers and HR partners to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the overall recruitment process.
  • Regularly tracking and reporting on key talent attraction metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in talent attraction, recruitment, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
