Brand Experience Director

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Brand to lead the charge in building a strong corporate identity that resonates with audiences and keeps StarHub at the forefront of their minds.
About the Role:- Strategic Brand Leadership: Develop and implement an overarching corporate branding strategy that aligns with StarHub's values and business objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and experiences across all platforms and communications.
- Brand Awareness & Engagement: Lead high-impact brand campaigns designed to enhance visibility, engage customers, and maintain top-of-mind awareness. Ensure the brand is consistently positioned as a leader in telecommunications, technology, and innovation.
- Creative & Innovative Brand Building: Foster emotional connections with the brand through creative storytelling and meaningful engagement strategies with both external and internal audience.
- Agency Management: Collaborate closely with external creative and marketing agencies to develop and execute brand campaigns, ensuring they align with StarHub's vision and objectives. Provide clear direction, oversee deliverables, and ensure consistency across all agency outputs.
- Brand Budget Management: Serve as the custodian of the corporate brand budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum brand impact and ROI. Lead the planning and monitoring of the budget for branding activities and campaigns.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with key internal stakeholders across all business units to ensure the corporate brand is embedded in all business initiatives. Influence senior leaders and inspire cross-departmental adoption of the brand strategy.
- Brand Measurement & Insights: Define and track KPIs related to brand performance, awareness, and customer engagement. Utilise data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder & External Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador for StarHub in external partnerships, events, and communications, ensuring all collaborations align with the corporate brand's ethos and values.
- 8-10 years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading successful brand-building initiatives.
- Expertise in developing brand strategies, managing large-scale campaigns, and delivering engaging content that drives brand awareness.
- Ability to craft clear, compelling brand narratives and translate business goals into impactful brand experiences.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating across departments.
- Solid experience in managing brand budgets and optimising spend for maximum impact and efficiency.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse brand performance and leverage insights for continuous improvement.
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum
Please note that the salary range is based on industry standards and may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
