Job Summary

The Strategic Corporate FX Sales Leader is responsible for overseeing the sales initiatives of a specified client group. This role requires an in-depth understanding of how one's sub-function contributes to achieving the objectives of the function.

A good understanding of the industry and direct competitors' products and services is necessary to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business.

This position requires a thorough understanding of the strategic direction of the function within the relevant part of the business, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in both the function and/or area of expertise and related subject areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate, structure, and execute multi-asset derivative solutions for corporate clients
  • Partner closely with internal coverage groups, product groups regionally and globally
  • Proactively cover respective institutions
  • Grow a consistent profitable business platform with respective clients
  • BUILD senior level relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Risk Managers, Treasurers, and Assistant Treasurers
  • Enhance the company's profile within the identified client base
  • Grow the sales flow business from the current level
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years' managerial experience
  • Proven influencing and relationship management skills
  • Good understanding and experience of electronic platforms and corporate risk management
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Experience in sales process and best practices
