
Client Experience Specialist

This role provides the opportunity to create exceptional client experiences every day through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service within a select portfolio of properties.
- Deliver superior client experience by serving as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to workplace services.
- Execute services in accordance with standard processes, professional brand image, and compliance with applicable local laws, rules, and regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits and assessments to ensure compliance with service level agreements, policies, and regulations.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to align with clients' goals and objectives.
- Continuously strive to improve service performance, achieving and exceeding goals including performance metrics, team objectives, and clients' goals.
This position requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to new devices, technology, and applications.
