As a service staff member, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer experience and ensuring a memorable encounter for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking orders, managing seating, settling bills, and performing other duties related to table management.
  • Providing high-quality customer service to guests, addressing their needs, comments, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant, including setup and closing duties.
  • Ensuring items are well-stocked and display cases are attractive and clean.
  • Adhering to health and sanitation regulations at all times.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in the industry is an added advantage but not required. We provide training for new recruits.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to adapt to split shifts if necessary.
  • Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry.
