Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Management Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of risk domains, including Deals, Authorizations, Guarantees, and Risk-Weighted Assets.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize SQL skills to analyze and report on complex data sets, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Business Requirements Evaluation: Assess business requirements and functional specifications, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement comprehensive testing strategies.
  • Change Management: Coordinate change requests, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Solution Development Monitoring: Monitor solution development progress, clarify requirements, and ensure timely resolution of queries.
  • Level 3 Application Support: Provide expert-level support, collaborating with Level 1 and 2 teams to resolve complex issues and maintain system stability.
Requirements

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a relevant domain.
  • Risk Management Principles: Strong understanding of risk management principles and related processes.
  • SQL Skills: Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Microsoft Office Tools: Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting.
  • Project Management Practices: Familiarity with project management practices and software development lifecycle is an advantage.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical thinking and excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Quick Response: Quick to respond, self-driven, and solution-oriented in resolving issues.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum tools is a plus.
