Job Title: Strategic Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description:

The role of a Strategic Business Intelligence Analyst is to drive informed business decisions by leveraging data insights and analytical expertise.

This involves analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing predictive models to forecast future outcomes.

As a key member of our analytics team, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
  • Developing and maintaining advanced data models to capture and report on key performance indicators.
  • Leading projects that involve data analysis, statistical modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into business strategy.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of business intelligence and analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in statistical modeling, data analysis, dashboarding, reporting, and geographical mapping software such as SPSS Modeller, Tableau, Excel, and QGIS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead BI initiatives, analytical deep dives, and projects on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis.
  • Work closely with internal and external business partners to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Own and manage multiple BI projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
