Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

The role of a Business Intelligence Analyst is pivotal in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable recommendations for strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive data management frameworks, ensuring high-quality and well-structured data assets.
  • Design and execute effective data analytics processes, improving efficiency and reducing operational risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data reconciliation/quality checks by Service Level Agreements (SLAs), implementing, monitoring, and troubleshooting best practices.
  • Implement proficient SQL skills and experience in designing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Assist with data issue management and provide documentation support in technical/functional specifications.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in statistical analysis, and good problem-solving skills.
