Online Academic Support Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced online tutor to provide academic support and guidance to secondary school students in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the curriculum followed in Delhi and be able to assist students in comprehending and mastering concepts in various subjects.
The role involves conducting one-on-one or group tutoring sessions, providing subject-specific instruction, helping with homework and assignments, developing personalized learning plans, and monitoring progress and tracking performance. The successful candidate will also be able to adapt teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities and foster a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online tutoring sessions using online platforms.
- Provide subject-specific instruction and assist students in comprehending and mastering concepts.
- Help students complete their homework assignments, projects, and other academic tasks.
- Develop personalized learning plans to address students' specific needs.
- Monitor students' progress through tests, quizzes, and assignments.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant subject or related field is preferred. Strong knowledge and proficiency in subjects commonly taught in secondary schools in Delhi are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to individual students are also required.
Benefits:
