We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Academic Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic support to students, including teaching and guiding them in primary school subjects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering engaging lesson plans to ensure students achieve academic success.
  • Supervising homework, spelling, and performance monitoring for primary 1-6 students.
  • Maintaining excellent classroom management skills and ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times.
  • Organizing creative learning activities and supporting events during school holidays.
  • Handling administrative duties, attendance, progress records, teaching materials, and student updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for teaching and working with children aged
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Malay.
  • Competent in assisting primary school subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, and Malay.
  • High leadership qualities, discipline, responsibility, and caring nature.
  • Dedicated, reliable, and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Able to multitask and start immediately.
