Job Title: Academic Administrator

The Academic Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the operations of the College Administration Department. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential matters.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Deputy Academic Manager in daily operations, including following up on student academic matters and preparation of official meeting minutes.
  • Plan teaching schedules and academic resources for programmes.
  • Administer assessments and examinations, including liaison with external examiners and facilitation of appeals and moderation processes.
  • Manage filing, storage and security of academic documents.
  • Liaise with other agencies and organisations for academic matters.
  • Assist in administering and analysing surveys, writing reports and investigating feedback/complaints efficiently and tactfully.
  • Perform ad-hoc academic operations as required.

Requirements
  • Minimum degree holder or relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years administrative experience.
  • Good planning, organisational and communication skills.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • High level of discretion with strict integrity standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online meeting tools.
