  • The Senior Building Facade Manager is responsible for overseeing the installation of building facades and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

You will be working closely with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure a smooth project delivery process. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure a smooth project delivery process;
  • Managing site activities and ensuring that all work is executed in accordance with approved plans, drawings, and contract specifications;
  • Planning and controlling projects to ensure timely completion and quality of work;
  • Leading teams of workers, supervisors, and subcontractors and resolving any site issues that may arise;
  • Ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations and delivering work according to project schedules;
  • Setting targets, objectives, and responsibilities for supervised staff;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to relevant authorities as necessary;
  • Communicating project progress and recommending improvements to stakeholders.
">Requirements:">
  • A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Proven working experience in building facade management;
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods;
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards;
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process;
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management;
  • Excellent time and project management skills;
  • Knowledge of building and construction;
  • Maths knowledge;
  • Leadership skills;
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
