  • Identify additional service and repair opportunities, presenting them to customers based on vehicle inspections with confidence.

Qualifications & Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certifications or technical training preferred for success in this role.
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience as an automotive service advisor or in a similar customer service role in the automotive industry with a proven track record.
Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology to provide expert advice.
  • Proficient in using service management software and office applications to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills to handle complex customer inquiries and concerns.
