Senior Audit Specialist

As a Senior Audit Specialist, you will lead a team of auditors in conducting full-range audits for listed companies and SMEs across Singapore and overseas. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, execute, and complete audits within the given timeframe, consistently meeting deadlines while ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify key issues and provide sound recommendations for management actions based on industry research and analysis. Additionally, you must demonstrate strong initiative, take ownership of your work, and exhibit a strong work ethic.

A key aspect of this role is coaching junior employees, sharing learnings, and understanding how your work impacts others. You will also contribute to building internal peer networks and enhance your knowledge by attending client meetings with senior team members.

In order to succeed in this position, you must have:

  • A degree or professional accounting qualifications recognised by ISCA;
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience with large/mid-tier international accounting firms;
  • Be proactive, committed, and able to work under pressure;
  • Possess initiative and the ability to work independently;
  • Be a team player.
