  Main Responsibilities:


  • Support merchants through the onboarding process, focusing on backend configuration and API integration.
  • Offer technical guidance on using our APIs and system functionalities.

  • Troubleshoot merchant-reported issues related to usage, performance, or integration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants experiencing technical problems.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to product and engineering teams.
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation of issue resolutions, integration guidelines, and FAQs.
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
  • Answer operational and application questions, consulting customers when necessary.
  • Provide technical support to customers after implementation.

  Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Technical proficiency in software and technology troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand and navigate new technology.
