Technical Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, setting up, and deploying AV and IT systems.

The selected individual will lead the installation, setup, and deployment of our systems, providing direct technical support to clients, resolving issues, and training users. They will also serve as a go-to expert for troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on Systems Deployment: Lead the installation, setup, and deployment of our systems.
  • Customer Support & Training: Provide direct technical support to clients, resolve issues, and train users.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Serve as a go-to expert for troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
  • Project Execution: Read and interpret technical plans and diagrams to ensure all specifications are met.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Professional Audio, Video, Lighting, and IT networks.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of verifiable, hands-on experience setting up and supporting these types of systems.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Experience with Q-SYS Design (LUA or Block) programming is a plus.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to confidently talk to clients and provide professional, clear support.
  • Work Ethic: Efficient, adaptable, and willing to learn.
  • Education: A diploma in a media technology-related field is preferred but not required if you have the right experience.
