We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and filing of technical documents and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders, controlling the issuance and submission of documents to clients, effectively keeping track and managing the flow of documentations, maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information, and maintaining lists of documents and ensuring that documentation is in good order and as per project quality plan. Additionally, they will file, record, and maintain documents in both electronic and physical copies, contribute to compilation of final project dossiers, as-built portfolios, and archiving, monitor and update EDCL to ensure all drawings/documents status are in latest condition, produce exception reports on late documentation for management review, and coordinate drawings/documents flow between site and main office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and maintaining technical documents and records
  • Issuing and submitting documents to clients
  • Managing the flow of documentations
  • Maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • ITE, GCE O Level, or Diploma in Engineering preferred but those with relevant working experience
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in working as a Document Controller
  • Meticulous and proficient in MS Office
  • Basic analytical experience
  • Proficient typing skills, good verbal and written communication skills
  • Data organization and storage knowledge
