Technical Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to produce high-quality documentation for our products. The immediate focus will be on software development, cloud computing, and monitoring solutions.
- Create comprehensive and clear documentation, including user guides, product manuals, tutorials, and technical blogs.
- Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly materials without compromising accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement content strategies that enhance product adoption.
- Lead initiatives to evaluate content formats, mediums, and types, and provide recommendations for building an effective content cadence.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely refresh across all product materials.
We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
- Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience creating technical content for developers and technical audiences.
- Strong experience in documenting software development, cloud-based products, or familiarity with cloud technologies and concepts.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
