Job Description:

The primary role of a Technical Documentation Specialist is to create clear and accurate technical drawings and documents. This specialist will collaborate with design and project teams to prepare detailed drawings and plans using specialized software.

Key responsibilities include translating initial sketches and specifications into comprehensive, clear visual documents, maintaining and organizing technical documents in both digital and physical formats for easy access and reference, and adding relevant details such as measurements, materials, and processes to support project needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • A diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within construction, design, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally across teams and departments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Proactive, responsible, and motivated to deliver high-quality results.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in technical drawing software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
