About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources professional to join our organization and contribute to the success of our team.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and efficient service delivery.
- Be responsible for recruitment and selection, posting job ads on relevant platforms, collaborating with recruitment agencies, and engaging with institutions to meet manpower requirements.
- Promote innovative approaches to attract top talent and improve candidate quality.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Screen and review resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview arrangements for hiring managers.
- Manage work pass-related matters, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Plan and execute training programs to develop staff skills and enhance performance.
- Maintain accurate records of new hires, resignations, leave administration, and other essential personnel data.

Key Skills Required:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
