Job Title: Future Restaurant Leader

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced Outlet Managers to develop your skills and knowledge in managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Outlet Managers to manage all Food and Beverage (F&B) and operational aspects of the restaurant
  • Learn from experienced Outlet Managers and Chefs to acquire information about methods, procedures, and standards required to perform and excel in your training
  • Serve guests efficiently and cater to special requests of guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure hygiene standards are met according to Company's requirements
  • Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations
  • Knowledge of preparation of food and inventory levels of the kitchen
  • Upon completion of all basic training, set new goals and objectives with management for your progression in the company
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by management
  • Ensure staff follow company safety SOP
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Able to perform split shift and work on weekends and public holidays
  • With F&B experience an asset but not essential
  • Pleasant and cheerful personality, energetic and team player
  • Willing to learn and has passion for service industry
  • Provide friendly and professional service to customers
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to fast-paced environment
  • Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate
