About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Logistics Operations Manager at Jobscentral. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing our freight operations, including working closely with 3PL warehouses, freight providers, and other stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve freight operations
  • Managing the performance of 3PL transportation teams and freight providers
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies, cargo damage, and other issues
  • Evaluating and implementing process enhancements and system improvements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity
  • Experience in air freight operations support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
