Brand Development Specialist

Description:
Vinflow Bistro and Wine Bar seeks a highly skilled marketing professional to drive brand awareness in the competitive dining market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing Vinflow as a recognized name in western dining and wine culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive brand awareness campaigns to establish Vinflow's presence in the dining scene
- Conduct market research to identify target demographics and brand positioning opportunities
- Develop brand recognition strategies through consistent visual identity and messaging
- Track and increase social media post reach and engagement volumes
- Convert brand awareness into measurable restaurant foot traffic and customer visits
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Strong brand building and strategic marketing experience
- Proven ability to drive measurable increases in post reach and restaurant foot traffic
- Expert knowledge of social media platforms including Red Book, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Advanced content creation skills including photography, videography, and video editing
- Proficiency in content creation tools
- Experience with food photography, styling, and restaurant videography
- Strong visual storytelling abilities and creative content development
- Understanding of each platform's content format requirements and best practices
