As a key member of our team, you will work with our most valuable new customers as they go through a sustainable onboarding period.
Your primary goal is to set the strategy for how their products and services reach thousands or millions of users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive customer onboarding plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Build trusted relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and sales
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing roles
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or management consulting
- 3 years of experience in a client-facing role in Australia/New Zealand
- Ability to reach out proactively to customers/cold calling, helping customers to add value to their business
