Job Opportunity: Studio Leader

MADDspace is a leading Performing Arts School dedicated to fostering young talents in Music, Art, Drama, and Dance. We provide an innovative learning environment where children and youth can develop confidence, creativity, and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management:
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring classes, rehearsals, and events are well-coordinated.
    • Oversee studio scheduling, bookings, and class timetables.
    • Ensure all studio facilities are well-maintained, safe, and operational.
    • Coordinate inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  • Staff & Instructor Management:
    • Supervise and support instructors, administrative staff, and part-time assistants.
    • Coordinate teaching schedules and class coverage.
    • Conduct regular team meetings and ensure effective communication within the studio.
    • Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff/instructors.
  • Student & Parent Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and students, addressing inquiries and feedback.
    • Build strong relationships with parents, ensuring clear communication about programs, fees, and studio policies.
    • Assist with enrollments, trials, and student placement into suitable classes.
  • Financial & Administrative Duties:
    • Monitor class attendance, student enrollments, and retention rates.
    • Assist in invoicing, payment collection, and maintaining financial records.
    • Track performance metrics to support the studio's growth and efficiency.
  • Marketing & Events:
    • Support the marketing team in promoting classes, workshops, and events.
    • Assist in planning and execution of showcases, competitions, and school events.
    • Represent the studio professionally in external events and partnerships.
  • Strategic Development:
    • Work closely with the Directors to implement new programs and initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in studio operations.
    • Ensure alignment of studio practices with our mission and values.
