About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Relationship Support Manager in Greater China North Asia. As a key member of our Private Banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and client service support to our Relationship Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondences, and making travel arrangements.
  • Respond to client enquiries and instructions, and provide resolution to most issues and requests.
  • Monitor transactions and activities in client accounts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support Relationship Managers in the provision of financial advisory services to clients, including maintaining client data and reports.
  • Coordinate with Product Groups, Operations, and other functional areas as necessary to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations and policies at all times.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations, or sales support within financial institutions.
  • Bachelor degree or diploma from reputable institutions.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client interfacing skills.
  • Meticulous, strong attention to details.
  • Possess future-oriented mindset, strive to innovate and adapt to changes.
  • Strong understanding of inter-dependencies within the team and able to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain empathetic, passionate, and resilient.
  • Preferably CACS certified.
  • Chinese proficiency is required as this role is required to deal with Chinese clients.
