About the Role:

The Administrative Assistant - Accounts will be responsible for performing various administrative duties, including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and producing correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and organizes a filing system
  • Produces and distributes correspondence
  • Responsible for other admin & accounting-related works
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Preferably have 2 years of relevant work experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping
  • Able to start work immediately is a plus
