Warehouse Operations SpecialistWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and performing physical counts.Main Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including transfers and cycle counts.
  • Stock Control: Monitor and control stock levels to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock.
  • Physical Counting: Perform physical count of inventory and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
  • Documentation Review: Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies.
  • Delivery Documentation: Ensure all delivery documents are recorded properly and input into our inventory system.
  • Delivery Planning: Plan deliveries of materials and manpower.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Minimum GCE 'N'/ 'O level qualification.
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administration role.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
  • Independent Work: Able to work independently.
  • Attention to Detail: Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory.
Work Environment:
  • The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced factory environment.
