About the Role

This leadership position plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless and exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, guide a high-performing team, and serve as a service ambassador.

  • Deliver personalized responses to guest inquiries, providing thoughtful recommendations that exceed expectations.
  • Handle complex requests with confidence, discretion, and care, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for hotel information, reservations, and local area insights.

You will work closely with local partners to gain exclusive access to restaurants, shows, attractions, and experiences that elevate our guests' journeys.

What We Are Looking For
  • A certified member of Les Clefs d'Or (Golden Keys) with prior leadership experience in Concierge, preferably in a luxury brand.
  • A leader who can mentor and inspire others through service excellence and emotional intelligence.
  • A deep understanding of the guest journey and a commitment to crafting meaningful touchpoints at every stage.
  • Strong local knowledge and a passion for uncovering and sharing exceptional guest experiences.
